  • Reduce material waste
  • Improve product quality

Technology

Solvers

Built on the explicit and implicit solutions of LS-DYNA, with the JOH/NIKE implicit solver and the HYSTAMP one-step inverse solver for quick early-stage checks.

Springback

Supports the Yoshida-Uemori material model for high-strength steel and aluminium, plus springback compensation tools that reduce die correction rounds.

Crack evaluation

Beyond FLD: the optional JESOLVA-Forming package adds 3D-FLD, stretch-flange crack and delayed fracture prediction, shown in the post-processor.

Advanced processes

Hot forming analysis, solid-element sheet models with several layers through the thickness, and an interface for CFRP press forming with Digimat.

Technology notes from public information by the developer, JSOL Corporation, which has developed JSTAMP since 1996.
